We are preferred insurance providers for United Healthcare, Aetna, Great West, Cofinity Network, Mountain Medical Affiliates, Beech Street, Principal, Definity, CNIC, Cigna and Guardian.  If we are not a provider for your insurance plan, we will do our best to be competitive as an out-of-network provider.

Cash Plans

Cash plans are available. These plans provide significant savings (up to 30%) for those who do not require our office staff to file insurance claims. A typical office visit for a self-pay patient averages $45-$60 per treatment. Additional senior citizen, child, and wellness plans are available to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses.
